Track Your Order

All Wayanad Premium orders are shipped via India Post / Speed Post. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking (consignment) number by email or WhatsApp. Here's how to use it.

1. Find Your Tracking Number

Check the shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message we send you once your order leaves our hands. It contains a consignment number: a string of letters and numbers unique to your parcel.

2. Track It on the India Post Website

India Post provides live tracking directly on their official website. Click the button below, enter your consignment number, complete the simple verification step, and you'll see your parcel's current status and delivery history.

3. A Couple of Things to Know

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order is dispatched, so don't worry if it shows no activity right away. Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 days from dispatch. If your tracking page shows no movement for several days, or you need any help at all, just reach out. We're happy to look into it for you.
