Delivered With Care

Every order is packed carefully in Wayanad and shipped straight to your door, anywhere in India. Here's what to expect.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹40 applies to all orders. Shipping is completely free on orders above ₹1,000.

5. Packaging

Every jar and bottle is carefully cushioned and sealed to survive transit, so your honey arrives just as fresh as it left Wayanad.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

7. Returns

As these are food products, we don't accept returns once an item has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
